Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation Requests
- 1.1 Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
- 1.2 Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers or merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping the products, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
2. Excluded Items
- 2.1 VERGADO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
- 2.2 However, refunds or replacements can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- 3.1 In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team.
- 3.2 The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same on their end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the product.
4. Discrepancy in Product
- 4.1 If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product.
- 4.2 The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
5. Warranty Issues
- 5.1 In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer to the manufacturer for resolution.
6. Refund Processing
- 6.1 In case of any refunds approved by VERGADO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed within 1 day.
