• 5.1 Vergado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
• 5.2 Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the Services in the preceding 12 months.

• 6.2 By accessing these links, you agree to be governed by the terms and policies of those third-party websites.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• 9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
